1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

As our products include food items (rice and related commodities), we do not accept returns once the goods have been shipped and delivered, due to health and safety standards.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If the goods are received in damaged condition or if there is a shipping error (wrong product, wrong quantity, wrong grade of rice, etc.), customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with complete details and photographic evidence.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement shipment or issue a credit note/refund for the affected goods.
3. Quality Concerns

All shipments are processed under strict quality checks. If any client feels the product does not match the agreed specifications, they must report immediately upon receipt of the shipment.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered after internal investigation and verification against agreed standards.
4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests will only be accepted before shipment dispatch. Once goods are shipped, cancellation is not possible.
5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14–21 working days, and the amount will be credited via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
6. International Shipments

Since Total Rices exports worldwide, refund/return terms may also depend on international trade laws, customs regulations, and shipping company policies.
